I have been having problems getting my podcast fully set up on Libsyn 5 after being on Libsyn 4 for a few years. In particular there have been problems with using the Social Calendar and then with LinkedIn. I have been helped by both Chris and Adam before him to get me set up correctly. I would also like to suggest that you have some kind of step by step guide for people moving to or starting on Libsyn5. I understand that the info is in the "settings" but if you don't know how the new process works the settings don't help (until someone tells you where to go).

I was having trouble figuring out why my latest episode wasn’t publishing. Adam was very prompt in his reply and help me resolve the issue right away.

Very timely response from Libsyn support, when I had a problem with a disrupted RSS feed. I had inadvertently copied and pasted some stray coding into my show description field a few days ago, and that broke the feed. I never would have thought to look there for the problem, and Libsyn support pinpointed it and had directions to fix it within 20 minutes.

First time reaching out to help desk. Response was extremely fast. Before I could even get frustrated, they were able to help me find a way to upload data to my past publications. Instructions were clear and helpful. Made me like Libsyn even more. :)
