Whenever I've had a problem or a question (which is rare), they've always responded in less than a day. Their pricing is fair and I like being the owner of my podcast.

Slow to respond to podcast distribution issue. May have to change hosts if I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours. Got a response under my time limit and after 2 clarifications and a note from the supervisor of support, all is well. Happy after the clarifications on items that originally had me stymied.

It’s been very easy to navigate. As I continue to grow there’s a monetary side I would like to take advantage of. This was all made possible because I took a podcast course by Ivey Media Podcast.

Great site even for a new user who is not very high tech.

I've been with Libsyn at five different stops in my career since 2006 or 2007. With every new job in communications, I eventually manage to start a podcast there, and every time, I go to Libsyn without even bothering to look at alternatives, because of their rock-solid service, their super-attentive (and seldom needed) customer service, and their constant innovation.

Libsyn is absolutely the best Podcast host! From stats to customer service, you are not going to find a better one! I like it so much, I named my dog Libsyn! I’ve been with them for 5 years and I’ve never had a problem. With plans starting at only five dollars you just can’t go wrong (but I would recommend getting a higher plan with some great stats.)
