Lisa Hoover, Realtor
Lisa Hoover made our home search feel like a true partnership. From the very first conversation, Lisa took the time to understand not just what we were looking for on paper, but what would actually make a house feel like home for my husband and me. Over the two years we worked together, she never once made us feel rushed or like just another transaction. She was patient through every twist and turn of our search, always ready to go back to the drawing board when a property didn’t feel right. What set Lisa apart was her research. She dug into neighborhoods, school districts, market trends, and property histories with a level of thoroughness that gave us real confidence in every decision. When we had questions, she had answers — and when she didn’t, she found them. Her advice throughout the process was consistently sound. She knew when to encourage us to move quickly on a great opportunity and when to counsel patience. She never pushed us toward a house that wasn’t right just to close a deal, and that kind of integrity is rare. From our first meeting to the day we got the keys to our forever home, Lisa was collaborative every step of the way — listening more than she talked, adjusting to our needs, and celebrating with us when we finally found the one. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide through one of the biggest decisions of our lives. We enthusiastically recommend Lisa without hesitation to anyone looking for an agent who will treat their home search like it matters — because to her, it clearly does. Michael J. and Cynthia Roberts
