Exactly what was described and exact fit.

Great parts/fast shipping!

Easy to use and had good prices on OEM equipment

Easy of purchase, excellent prices and I know that I am buying from manufacturer ( OEM )

Parts availability and prompt delivery after purchase.

It wasn't the ordering or receiving the part, it was the fact that it fell off almost immediately after installation somewhere on the road. Haven't ordered another one because I'm afraid it will just fall off, too. Not much of an installation "process" - pretty straightforward - but didn't last.
