Easy & quick delivery!!

STAY AWAY. I ordered floor mat for my LS Base and they shipped me a FS floor mats. I called to get a RMD and the wanted pictures of the shipping label and the floor mats which I sent them. After 3 days the denied my return because I opened the package. They are a middleman and just forward the parts they get. Look at their return policy before even thinking about them and hope like heck they don’t ship you the wrong parts.

"Shipping" and "Shipped" are two different things. While a package is shipping it's a carrier issue. Getting something Shipped is a business issue. Stating on the website that an item "ships in 1 to 3 business days" is great, but very disappointing when it takes 8 days to ship (leave warehouse/store) an item and a customer has to ask for information on their unshipped item, rather than the business sending shipment info. Dissatisfactory!

I got exactly what I was looking for

When advertising parts you shall state if they require fasteners, if they do then include them or at least offer them for purchase. Customer service rep needs to be trained how to be professional or be dismissed.
