The OEM engine air filter I ordered for my 2016 Lexus ES 350 was perfect! It arrived on time and was a great price.

Great service. Fast delivery. Good price

It was exactly what I’d ordered and I was very satisfied!

I ordered a set of Floor Mats for my Lexus SC 430 the price was ok but when the Mats arrived, they were the WRONG COLOR! that when thing went SOUTH. I emailed about this NOTHING I called and got a rude person telling me EAMAIL picture to verify that there were the wrong color!!! 4 time i have done that and they still have not sent an RMA to send they back and I have not gotten a replacement set the right COLOR. customer service is really BAD amazon is no hassle quick returns but this company well I will never buy anything from them again.
