I got the part I needed, right part the 1st time. Shipping fast. Lexus Parts Now has been saved in my favorites!

Your parts pricing is great. Between a new rim and plugs you saved me over $1000. My lexus dealer here marks up the parts tremendously. Thanks for the savings on OEM parts.

Customer service and procedures to help customers are terrible. One of the parts I ordered was not received in the shipment. Had to call 4 times and wait on an email responses that took days. Customer support can't help when calling, they can only email.
