Delivered time and quality

I ordered an expensive Briggs and Riley suitcase. They sent me a less expensive model. When I complained they said it was the same thing and gave me a hard time about returning it. Bait and switch. Try at your own risk.

Ordered my suitcase on Sunday. Received this Friday. The suitcase is in perfect condition. I didn't pay for any extras and got the best price by far to any local stores or other internet sites I checked out. Thanks Lexington Luggage, you're my favorite for luggage.

I purchased a Delsey Trunk luggage and Carry on. The Trunk was broken within 1 month of purchase. Sadly Lexington Luggage did not have warranty or care did not stand by their product in any manner! Very disappointing in the quality of this pricy piece of luggage. I do not recommend the seller or vendor.
