LexingtonLuggage.comReviews of lexingtonluggage.com

Lexington Luggage offers extreme quality luggage, service and selection. They were fast in delivering the best luggage set I have ever owned - which I am using in Europe as I write this review.

Amazing customer service. And when I say amazing I mean the best I have ever had. Before you read this and get worried why customer service was needed in the first place just know that my Product shipped straight from manufacturer which took a day longer than it should. I started to freak out and Lexington responded to me literally within minutes and replied to everything. Whatever relationship and reputation Lexington Luggage has with their product manufacturers it must be an amazing one because the manufacturer had the item overnighted for me. Now here is the best part. Lexington somehow and I will never know how was able to offer my item for about $125 less than anyone else was offering it and then in addition didn’t even charge a sales tax. The product Is 100% real and from manufacturer. The manufacturer themselves charge more for the product on their website! The Bosca bag I purchased was my dream bag for the last 10 years or so and I could never afford it. Now I make a little more and with the discount offered The only thing I couldn’t afford was to not purchase the bag. You have my 100% loyalty Lexington and I thank you. I also read all the online reviews and I see that some people are concerned with their luggage repair service being a bit high. I can’t speak to that but what I can tell whoever reads this if you are seeing an AD for an item that you want from this company and the price seems too good to be true then you’re in luck because in retail there are not many exceptions to that saying so take advantage and feel confident purchasing from Lexington. Again, thank you guys. Love the bag and keep the Bosca stocked up. I will be back for more.

I ordered a product that was being processed and shipped by a third party. The third party was very slow and it was unclear what was going on with my order. I contacted Lexington Luggage via email. They got back to me right away, got in contact with the third party seller, and made sure I had my order (a birthday gift) just in time!

Our order came in on time. Satisfied customer here. Will do more business in the near future

Great price and quick delivery!

My order arrived timely and without incident. Good price.

I purchased nearly a full Briggs and Riley luggage set (six pieces). I was somewhat wary due to uneven reviews. Lexington Luggage sent a cryptic message the next day asking me to call them. After I was unable to reach them, I was afraid, thinking that it may have been a scam and that I would be out of a large amount of money. It turned out not to be a scam at all. They happened to be "out of stock" on a particular piece and offered me multiple options for substitutions. Alex did a great job. During the delivery process, FedEx temporarily lost a label on one of the pieces, resulting in a mess on the tracking site (it looked like it had been returned to sender). Lexington was on it immediately and assured me everything had been fixed and I would receive the shipment as promised. I got all the pieces safe and sound, new in box, as advertised, on the day they were promised. Their responsiveness rate by e-mail was excellent. I am very happy with my experience.

Very good, responsive customer service. Reliable. Great prices. Great products.
