The repayment terms are steep
By Jeanne W.
Response from LevelUp Funding· Mar 19, 2026
Hi Jeanne, Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is always to be transparent about loan terms, including the total repayment amount, finance charges, and APR, which are provided for review upon acceptance. Keep in mind, you were never obligated to keep the loan for its entirety. We also provide alternative payment options that may help reduce the overall cost of the loan. Early Payoff – You may pay off your loan at any time without penalty, which can significantly reduce your total interest. Additional Principal Payments – You can make extra payments toward your principal balance to shorten the loan term and save on interest. If you have any questions or need assistance in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out to us anytime at [email protected] or call us at 833-715-1813. Best regards, The Level Up Funding Team
