When I started my job search, I never imagined how transformative working with a salary negotiation coach would be. Tina brought incredible energy and genuine excitement to every conversation we had - it truly felt like she was personally invested in my success and cared deeply about my career journey. What set Tina apart was her ability to pull back the curtain on the negotiation process. She helped me understand what was happening on the other side of the table: what recruiters and hiring managers were likely thinking, what their goals were, and most importantly, how I should be responding to position myself effectively. This insider perspective was invaluable. Tina walked me through every step of the process, from what to say during initial calls to how to handle each follow-up conversation. She gave me the confidence to discuss salary and title requirements without hesitation - something I'd always found intimidating before. Her coaching helped me take a holistic view of my negotiations, using salary ranges from other opportunities to strategically inform my communications with my target company. The real test came when I received my first offer. It was well above what I'd initially hoped for and higher than the range the company had originally mentioned. My instinct was to accept immediately - it felt too good to be true. But Tina reminded me that since they hadn't explicitly said it was their best offer, there was likely room for negotiation. I'm so glad I listened to her advice. By pushing for more, I was able to increase my total compensation by an additional $7,000. Without Tina's guidance, I never would have had the confidence to negotiate that first offer. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Tina's expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even empowering. I'll definitely be reaching out to work with her again the next time I'm job hunting.

Without Ryan from Levels I would have never been able to negotiable such a large increase on my already sizable offer. Even if I was a skilled negotiator, the insight Ryan was able to provide about the hiring process at the specific company I was joining was invaluable. The service was well worth the money paid, and it seems risk free given their moneyback policy. I will definitely be using Levels again for any and all future job offers.

Brian, Randy and Tina were my dream team negotiation coaches from the start of my job negotiation journey till the end. I learned a lot of great strategies through discussing my situation with them and leveraging their expertise during every round of negotiation. I would highly recommend the Levels.FYI negotiation service to anyone who feels anxious, stressed and unsure as it really set my anxieties at ease having their insights and tactics by my side for every recruiter email, call and back-and-forth. Their veteran experiences were made clear in all the tips they gave me. Shout out to the team for their seamless support and great learnings!!!

Randy was very helpful and incredibly responsive as he helped me navigate multiple options for a new job opportunity!

My coach was great! His work was subtle but super impactful. Definitely worth the high fee, but I got a ~10x return.

I recently used the services of levels.fyi. The coach was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They took all the stress out of the negotiation process. Moreover, the Levels team are amazing themselves. I had some issues to sort out with my billing and Brian was helpful and understanding. It was easy to get help through the chat and they quickly sorted me out over follow-up emails. Overall, a results-driven company with good ethics.

I reached out to Levels.fyi after hearing from a friend about their negotiation service. They were super helpful and helped me increase my offer by 15% and helped me get to the top of the band. I connected with Randy and he is super helpful with the information about various bands at companies and how they tend to work. The best part is that you can't go wrong with reaching out to them and working with them - they guarantee you increases in all their packages so it is worth every dollar. Plus you get to learn more about how the other side works and you get fully prepared emails that help you increase your salary. Don't wait, get the higher offer you deserve.

After a review here, they contacted me with a proposal for a human review to be done for my review. I agreed to it. The reviewer was very friendly. She noted that my resume was excellent, and she wouldn’t know what to talk about for 45 minutes with me. She decided to give me recommendations on researching companies, and how to find places who would hire me. These recommendations were very helpful. So, my updated rating is: Customer support: 5 out of 5. They contacted me as soon as I told them I was not satisfied with the review and noted problems. Good job! Human resume review: 5 out of 5. Even if your resume is perfect, you will receive good tips. It is worth the full price. Automated resume review: 1 out of 5. You better be doing it yourself; the steps are not so complicated; it just takes time: 1. Research profiles that you want to match. 2. Use a template to write your resume. 3. Make sure you list all of your accomplishments. Use common sense. 4. Run it through grammar check; I used one AI tool for that. 5. Send it to a professional paid proofreader. Therefore, my total rating is now 4 out of 5. Please improve the automated resume review or lower the price significantly, as it is not worth it now. The old original review for automated resume review is below: The resume review is full of mistakes, and if I use their suggestions, it will make me look dumb to employers. I am a Lead Software Engineer (Frontend), and here are the examples they gave to me: * They suggested to include "ECMAScript (C Programming Language Family)" - exactly like this. ECMAScript is not even close to C. * They suggested including "Zope (CMS)" when I did not state that I had experience with this CMS. So they tell you to lie to your employer, and then it's up to you to look dumb if you are asked something about this technology. * Too focused on quantifiable data, where their suggestions look like a joke: "improving user experience by 30%." - how do you even quantify the "user experience" - this is not a sales speech, and if it were, I would hang up my phone / close the door / walk away as soon as I hear something like this. Unfortunately, the rest of the review is similar to this. If you can read and write in English, you don't need this service. The review feels like a combination of AI suggestions (from ChatGPT) and quick human copy-paste from different resume reviews. As a Lead Software Engineer, I participated in the hiring process. I reviewed resumes for companies when we had open positions. And I guarantee that if I saw something like this, I wouldn't even conduct an initial interview. For me, this is the first big red flag when a resume looks like a person doesn't understand what they are talking about. Maybe they are good website for the salaries review, but they use this salaries as a bait so you can buy their low quality services.
