They were so easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect. Placemats got ruined in shipping and they are reprinting and shipping new ones out.

Everything was absolutely awesome! 💕 I ordered a K-pop-themed party setup with my granddaughter’s picture included, and it turned out even better than I imagined. Everything was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and made her birthday party so special. 🎀✨ Thank you so much for the amazing work and attention to detail! My experience with Festi Personalized Party Decor was wonderful! I loved being able to personalize decorations for my son’s Monster Jam birthday theme, and the whole process was easy and simple. When I thought I had made a mistake, I reached out by email, and they helped me resolve it quickly. It was so reassuring to communicate with someone who was friendly and willing to help every step of the way. Highly recommend!

The imaging came out great! I was very pleased with the product itself and the customer service. They allowed me to make changes to my order before it went out. The wrapping and shipping left a bit to be desired. Some of my products were damaged in the shipping process as they were not wrapped tightly enough in the box. Overall, I would order again.

The custom decorations for my daughter’s birthday was a hit. Everyone loved it, my daughter couldn’t believe she was turned into a mermaid :) They came way before the party date, so had time to put everything together. Great quality keeping them for my daughter in her keepsakes.
