I bought a fitness watch for my niece. When it stopped working I contacted the company and they sent a replacement straight away. Great service. Would recommend.

I have been pleased with my smart watch. It has all the features I want and is as accurate as I need however the changing points broke as I removed the strap. I contacted letscom by email. They responded straight away and posted me a replacement within a couple of days. That’s what I call great customer service.

Their prices may create the impression that the products low-quality knockoffs, but this is one of the few cases where you get a lot more than what you pay for (even arrived packed in boxes as nice as any box Apple products are shipped in). I own two Letscom products: Bluetooth earphones and a wireless charger and I can say without any reservation the quality and performance of both is outstanding. I am using the earphones regularly for close to an year now and the charger for a couple months and I am more than satisfied with the performance. Last but not least: You get one additional year of extended warranty by registering the product on their website and their customer service is outstanding. I want to stress that this review is not solicited and I have not received any compensation for posting it!!!
