⚠️ Booking cancelled last minute
⚠️ Booking cancelled last minute – no refund. Report to French consumer protection! I booked three nights via Booking.com and specified we would check in between 10–11 PM. The booking was confirmed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property, no one responded. When I finally got in touch on the afternoon of July 15, I was told check-in was not possible after 4 PM. We agreed that I would instead check in the next morning and stay for two nights. When I arrived the next day, I was informed the entire booking had been cancelled without notice, and no refund was issued. I have now reported this property to the French consumer protection authority SignalConso and strongly encourage others to do the same. ⸻ 🧾 How to report: 1. Visit signalconso 2. Click “Report a problem” 3. Select: → “Accommodation / Tourist accommodation (hotel, Airbnb…)” 4. Enter company details: → LES 2 RIVES, SIRET: 912 840 444 00018 → 1 Rue Louis Jourdan, 83000 Toulon 5. Describe the issue (examples available on the site) ⸻ Several others have reported similar issues – rude responses, no refunds, last-minute cancellations. Avoid this place – dishonest, unprofessional, and irresponsible.
