Customer support is good and I am able to get a hold of a real person. They answered my questions and sent a replacement part that I messed up unboxing the X1 AMP 2.0 MAX electric dirt bike. Be sure to watch the videos for putting the bike together. The dirt bike is fun to drive and the battery seems to last quite a while. I look forward to taking it out in the woods and dirt roads of Montana.

We just bought 3 Leonx X1 2.0. For myself (Camouflage),for my son and grandson, both black. All 3 bikes went together easily following the supplied step by step supplied instruction manual. The bikes are very powerful. The lowest gear still pops the front wheel on take off. We bought all the safety gear and ride trails around where we live. The factory features are great. Bright headlight,blinkers, tail light, horn. The adjustable shock and adjustable handlebar. And the price point worked for us so we could buy 3. Thank you Leonx... Quality machine... Good customer service and fast little bike

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer support. I attempted to contact them about a potential sponsorship and they never got back to me. Well, they did send me one email. They never responded after that and I attempted to join their affiliate program using the app that they provided and I had not been approved for over a month and a half finally when I called them today I told them my frustrations and told her to please get me in contact with part of the marketing team and to give me a direct phone number or their public number if they don’t have one while waiting, she just completely hung up when I attempted to call back she refused to pick up at first the service was amazing then downgraded to shit the bike itself from what I can tell is amazing but don’t trust a customer service they will not help you
