I had not received my merchandise or any communication regarding. The phone number on the website does not work. Finally, I received a response to an email I sent and was provided an update on my order. Not great service but am hopeful the product is well worth the wait.

It took an extremely long time before I received my order (shipped from China), and when I did, I was disappointed in the quality of the product. I thought I was ordering an actual quilt, but it is actually a digitally imposed photograph of a quilt on some sort of slippery fabric. It is cheap and tacky looking, doesn't fit the bed well, and slides off constantly because of the strange fabric. I am very disappointed. :(

Moreover, we do mention about the material and the quality that our products are printed on demand, you can check at the end of our website if necessary. Your company says it’s in the USA and in fact it’s is shipped out of China! I would have never of bought anything from you! Shipping was very long. Bottom line is, I will never buy from you again!!
