I bought glasses initially last year 2023 from lensmart and i could only use the sunglasses as the glasses were too big. i took my loss. i then ordered 3 glasses recently and wanted to return two of them as they were too big for my face. that is where the nightmare started. when you log a query to have the glasses returned, you have to organize your own courier to have them returned, mind you, i am in south Africa, it will cost me three times to return the glasses than what i had initially paid. i tried to communicate with the team to see if they will help but nothing, so basically now im sitting with glasses i cannot use. a complete waste of money.

Service delivery was fast and efficient, glasses are of high quality, comfortable and fashion forward. The glasses came in a nice case. This is my third time buying and I’ll keep buying from lensmart.
