We are truly sorry to hear about the issue with your glasses. We noticed that you added the "Worry-Free Delivery" protection to your order. Please note that Seel is the dedicated partner responsible for handling any shipping-related issues under this protection plan.We noticed that you had already contacted your insurance company to file a claim before contacting us, and the insurance company has already reimbursed the full amount of your order. Therefore, the issue with this order has been resolved. You mentioned you still need glasses, so we've provided you with a coupon for a new order. Do you have any other questions? If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service, and we will do our best to resolve them for you! Thank you very much for your understanding.

We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. We made them according to the prescription data in the order. However, there are many factors that affect the wearing effect of glasses. If you need to adjust your lenses, we are willing to find out the cause of your blurred vision and provide you with a solution. If you want to return the product, we will process it according to our policy after confirming the information.
