I received my glasses yesterday & they seem to be fine/as I expected. Only complaint is that it took longer than expected & there were no status report generated without me asking for them, . . otherwise I would certainly use you again

The lenses were perfect,However you forgot to screw the nose pads back on the frame,..I would buy again!

Prices are good, communication is poor. If you call customer service, the person answering isn't particularly friendly and gives you the "you're bothering me" vibe ( I had called because 2 weeks had passed since UPS informed me they had delivered my frames, and there had been no communication about anything from them). Last, delivery times stated on the web are aspirational. Expect to wait a month. If you don't mind the wait, and don't expect status updates, they're good.
