I only received one email saying that they had received my glasses but never received a single update. I had to email to find out the status of my order. Customer Service was friendly and apologetic for the lack of communication. When I received my order it was extremely well packaged and protected. My new lenses were perfect. It’s a shame that Lens Factories website/communication doesn’t match the quality of their product.

I didn't get a response when lens factory received my glasses and it took much longer to get my glasses than in the past.

Good communication. Only complaint is that screws sent back were unoriginal to the frame and rounded Philips instead of level flatheads. Not that big a deal but attention to that kind of detail makes makes a difference. Satisfied overall.

I purchased replacement lenses for bifocal regular glasses and sunglasses. In general I was very pleased with the service and found the prices to be reasonable. The regular glass lens replacement was excellent, as good or better than the original. The sunglasses lenses reproduced my perscription accurately but I was disappointed in that LensFactory was unable to match the tint. It is very diffiucult on the website to assess the different tints. I asked when I sent in the sunglasses that the existing tint be replaced but apparently this was not possible.

Customer service rep very helpful and courteous. I just received my glasses happy with them. Will be telling my family and friends about this service. Again thanks for the service.

Great communicators before and while my lenses were being made. New lenses arrived quicker than I expected, due to the holidays. Lenses look good, but feel a little funny. Possibly because my old lenses were so scratched!
