number 1, easy and top notch
By Froilan A.
Went to Market Mall Calgary . Paid 1800.00 to lenses crafter for dry eye treatment. Dr.Sal promised he would treat my dry eye and would not leave me in distress until it was dealt with . Well after 3 treatments he was done with me. He blamed my history for why his treatment wasn’t working. He had the nerve to try and sell me more product when his treatment didn’t work . I left there feeling totally scammed from Dr.Sal Jivraj.

Picked up my glassed and tried them on and everything was blurred. The rep took measurements a week before to make sure my new glasses were perfect, well like I said before everything was blurred and was not happy. I asked the assistant what happened and was told the lab had a bad day and also said it like going to the Dr's and the Dr made a wrong diagnosis. No apology, just excuses. I thought Lenscrafters were better than that.
