It was a quick purchase, the glasses arrived exactly as I ordered them. Good service

It was flawless 👌

While the exam went well and I was given a 'script for progressive contacts, and a sample pack, it tanked from there. I was given a set of sample contacts with a +3 add hi (for progressive [near/far] contacts). The samples were not working 100% so I asked and they agreed to provide me with more trials to see if my eyes would adjust. I was told to come in and they'd give me another 5 day sample pack. I went in and after 20 minutes, was handed a SINGLE SET OF **SINGLE VISION LENSES** with a MINUS -3.0 (I take a +3.0 so you can imagine that something that is SIX NUMBERS THE WRONG DIRECTION just "might" not work. Then I was told that I'd get a call the following Tuesday and lenses that day. NO CALL Tuesday. Called Wednesday and was told they've never had those lenses in stock (notwithstanding that they gave me a 5 day sample pack previously) and it would be at least A WEEK to get them. I asked for my 'script to be faxed over. No fax. It's now Thursday - no fax. I called and they indicated it was faxed (I have a digital fax service and I guarantee you there is NO FAX). I called again and now the "technician" is not in and apparently no one else knows how to fax something. DO NOT USE LENSCRAFTERS. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I BELIEVE YOU'D EVEN BE BETTER OFF POKING YOUR OWN EYES OUT WITH A DINNER FORK.

I had a few questions about my order. The associate was friendly, professional, and helpful in answering all my questions.

Super fast shipping and a fantastic "sale" price on my new Ray Bans!

Purchased my glasses and protection plan online. When I tried to request a repair for cracked frame, online customer service kicked me to the after sales team; after sales team kicked me to the local store; local store kicked me back to the online customer service because local store has completely different user system and no obligation to help me. After I explained everything to the online customer service, they throw me a fake phone number and claimed it was their manager’s number. After double checking with the online customer service, they just ended my chat conversation l

I had my exam Monday and by Thursday I had my beautiful new glasses which let me see perfectly. I am thrilled with the professionalism and quality.

I love LensCrafters they are very precise and have the best customer service. Amruta at the Thousand Oaks location was super professional and helpful. I buy all my glasses here for the past 5yrs. They are not cheap but If you have an issue they will fix it for you!!! I love my progressive glasses with a Rayband frame!
