I placed an order with LensAlter and waited almost a month, only to receive a sudden refund without explanation. Poor communication, wasted time, and very disappointing service.

The glasses themselves were absolutely adorable. I ordered the "Kitty Glasses" in black and was absolutely delighted by how they turned out. The design was exactly like the picture, and they even included some little charms and a keychain in the package, too. While they were cute, they did have plenty of cons. First of all, the armature on the glasses was mediocre at best. The arms were disgustingly easy to bend, and I mean little to no pressure was needed to turn the arm into a full C shape. The nose pieces bent with almost every movement of the glasses, so I had to fix both the arms and the nose pieces constantly, so my glasses weren't slanted or out of place. Second of all, I had the glasses for less than 4 months before the first break happened. The lens on the left side of my glasses literally shattered. It might have been a user error, might not have been, but I doubt it since I treated those glasses better than anything I've ever owned before (since I'm legally blind without them). On the bright side, however, the customer service was impeccable. The support team offered a full replacement with only a $14 shipping charge, with Lensalter fully covering the $164 total. They answered my email more quickly than most companies, too. I only had to wait ten minutes before I got an initial reply. It honestly might have just been the design of the glasses themselves (since they ARE frameless and DO have very thin arms and nose supports), so I can't fully say that I regret the purchase. Just wish they lasted a little longer.

I was skeptical at first to buy from them, thinking online prescription glasses was maybe not a great idea. But I was so wrong! They send you an email to confirm the prescription you have, they were very responsive to my questions through email. I had the international shipping, and it took less than expected, 20 days and they delivered the package with my local postal office. Would buy again! As of now I have the Hello Kitty frame, with leopard print. Lovely!!!

I genuinely love this company and their glasses. They are so cute and so unique and I literally got so many compliments on my frames. It’s kind of crazy. I went to my optometrist and she asked me where I got my glasses from because she’s never seen glasses like them before and she wanted to tell everyone in the office about the site and of course I told her. I will be ordering some more in the future for sure and also returns are very easy.

Amazing quality glasses that are affordable and stylish!

The glasses are so cute and fun to wear. Im always getting compliments about my glasses. I love them! Only issue is they are a bit flimsy and easy to bend and break. The 2 pairs i have had have broken in the same spot may be a weak point in the glass.
