Everything was smooth until I realized the payment schedule was incorrect per my pay schedule. I called and the person I spoke with was rude and spoke about me under her breath and made me feel bad that I didn't notify you earlier. I didn't catch it initially. She didn't provide her name. She was ill tempered and I just needed help which is her job.
