Hi, received my wifes urn in a very timely fashion, and as beautiful as we'd hoped to commemorate a beautiful life. Thank you.

Smaller than I thought it would be, but that's ok. The picture when I ordered had the ball green like a tennis ball and it wasn't, and that was a disappointment, but I can paint it.

My husband and I really wanted to have a special urn to keep our son's ashes. When he was 18 (3 years ago), he gave me a charm with the tree of life, and it has a special meaning to me. When we found this urn, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. We received it today, and its more than we were expecting. Its a beautiful master piece. Also, transaction was smooth, and shipping was about 2 weeks and a half.

My name is Patricia Lapense, I’m a mother! I was going to be a Grandmother on Nov. 30th 2020... on November 15th 2020 we lost his heartbeat.. my daughter Monique carried him 38 weeks. But due to developmental issues it was not his destiny to belong to this world. We looked for urns and no one offered anything close to what her heart desired. We did however discover your site, attempting to make a purchase. But the site did not have a United States country selection for the delivery. I did email customer service. I received two emails back and a phone call as well. I was given all the information required to make my purchase successfully. The delivery time did say seven weeks but it came to me in less than that time. The item is beautiful and in great condition for coming all the way from your location to my place here in the United States. Thanks to all for helping this happen and giving my grandson a final place to rest and A beautiful memory to look at for my daughter. Regards

Thank you for your review despite the fact you're rating us at two stars. On the 31th you've placed an order for an urn with a delivery time of 10-14 working days as is clearly mentioned on the website: https://www.legendurn.com/ceramic-keepsake-urn-silver-heart.html We've already shipped out your order on the 6th of January. A tracking number has been provided. Checking the tracking number indicates that the parcel has not moved for almost 10 days. Despite the fact we're aware that the postal infrastructure is quite saturated and overloaded causing considerable delays at the moment having no update for 10 days is not normal. Once we ship out a parcel we're depending on DHL/FedEx/Postal services for delivery. We then can only follow their procedures for retrieving a lost or stuck parcel. Hence we've requested an investigation with the postal services to locate your parcel. We hope of course the parcel will be found and or delivered as soon as possible. If the parcel has been lost we will either fully reimburse you or send the order out anew depending on your choice. If you have further questions or remarks don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] best regards, legendURN
