In the last 2 years we bought 2 sink First time the delivery man used the sink as a playtoy and the sink was destroyed But lefton gave us the money back right away - fantastic service ! Second zink were missing a plug and there was a fabric fail on the cutting board We wrote to them and they immediately send the plug and new cutting board I’m very close to give five stars because of the fantastic service - despite the problems

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommended

Sink installed for 6 months. Plating/Powdercoating starts to come off a few parts (reading a few other reviews not an isolated problem either). I contact customer service and they tell me I need to wait 2 months for replacement after initially trying to get out of it by suggesting our cleaning liquids were causing the problem. Only typical washing detergents ever used. Then only one replacement part sent, one missing. Then the wrong second replacement part sent. 3 months later problem still not resolved.

Ordered a faucet for our bathroom - they immediately corrected the problem. Thank you
