No response from customer support for issuance of invoice
I contacted customer support to get an invoice for my subscription, but was met with dead silence. They can't even come up with a simple invoice? Unbelievably bad experience and makes me doubt how legit their whole business is. What are they hiding? Edit: They finally replied and sent me an invoice after a week, but with pretty vague specifics. They wouldn't even list an address for their business.
