Started working with Leatonic as a team with my partner, and so far, we've had a great experience. We've received multiple leads from their team, and the prospects were previously verified and had already spoken with one of their associates. One of the best parts has been the warm handoffs on some of the leads. It makes the process much easier and allows us to connect with the prospects more naturally. Hats off to the Leatonic team for their support and efforts. Looking forward to building a strong and long-term relationship with them.

I've been working with Leatonic for quite some time now, and I've had a great experience so far. The leads I've received have been within my selected service area and of excellent quality. The Leatonic team is professional, responsive, and very accommodating. I've received around 6-7 referrals so far and have already signed a few contracts. Leatonic has been a good experience so far. I like that the team stays in touch and I can reach out when I have questions. Still working on converting leads, but overall I'm happy with the service.

I have had a great experience working with Leatonic as they generate only qualified leads which lead to appointments and closing successful. I have worked with other companies but wasting time & money by chasing a number & email while leads weren’t qualified at all but with Leatonic I can see the differences per conversation with the leads. Strongly recommended if you’re serious about closings!

They continue to send me over leads and most of the people I have spoken with they have reached out to prior to be making a call. we just have not had any luck yet getting one to go out and look at homes yet.

I had a very disappointing experience with the account manager, Nathan. The company first contacted me about a week ago, and I asked them to send me some information by email, which they did. Yesterday, I reached out to Nathan to arrange a demo of the platform and services they offer. We agreed to have the demo at 12:00 PM today. However, when 12:00 PM arrived, I still had not received a calendar invitation or meeting link. I contacted Nathan to ask about the meeting link, and he simply told me that he had forgotten to send it and that the meeting would not be taking place. There was also no apology or meaningful attempt to reschedule the meeting. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a scheduled business meeting and I had specifically set aside time for it. Forgetting to send the meeting invitation and then cancelling at the scheduled time without even an apology is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of a potential client's time. Based on this experience, Nathan did not give me the impression that he was interested in earning or maintaining my business. If this is how a prospective client is handled before becoming a customer, it raises serious concerns about the level of service I could expect afterward.

This company reached out to me, even though I'm on the DNC list, and I told them that I already had a bad experience with prior companies that do something similar. He then told me to go online and check TrustPilotReviews. When I went into TrustPilotReviews there were multiple reviews done by people who specifically mentioned the name "RealtorRelay" when giving praise about the company. Because of this, I went and checked out RealtorRelay TrustPilotReviews and they had the same people giving reviews. Keep in mind that the reviews for RealtorRelay are much lower because of ongoing problems with not receiving the leads they paid for as well as not receiving their refund when it didn't go as expected. This is a review based on my own experience with them and my concerns from that experience. Anyway, it looks like RealtorRelay used to be Leatonic. A couple of the reviews did state that you can't have "Realtor" in the name of your business and it was reported which is probably why they had to change it. This is very fishy and I would not recommend spending your money on this

I had a great experience with Realtor Relay staff members. All of them had the patience of explaining how they process leads. You get leads that have already been vetted. I mean, you get qualified, motivated buyers and sellers. It's up to the agent to go an extra mile to meet buyers' and sellers' real estate needs. Thank you
