It was easy and seemless

Leaserunner makes everything very simple and easy to use. All the documents needed are available and data merging saves time. After all my documents were sent out to the tenant, I had instant notification once they completed their end. The only thing I did not have was the tab for rent collections however 1 email through the help center and it was activated and visible right away. Everything was so easy and saves so much time. Love it!!!

The process to set up my account and submit background check information was simple. From there, I experienced many trials and errors when it came to what to do next. Although there's ample information on setting up the processes, it would have been helpful to know up front that each phase of the process had to be completed by the tenant veggie before I could set up the next phase.

I've been using Leaserunner for 12 years, have done over 400 applications over the years. I always stuck with you guys because when something was wrong, I could call you and speak to a person. This is no longer the case, we are in an industry where time is of the essence. I will start looking for a different company that has actual customer service that I can call.

Just dont like how you make me enter price points and SQ in the message to a potential tenant base on a commercial lease application.I just want to run their credit to see credit history.
