LearnflyReviews of learnfly.com

I joined LearnFly and was first caught of guard with one time fee of $29. Then when i tried to complete an AI course, one of the videos was not listed and it prevented me from finishing the course and accessing the certificate; i emailed a complaint they took very long to respond, when they did it was a back and forth for weeks, finally they emailed me a certificate and never fixed the system issue; by that time a month had passed and then i got a charge on my credit card for another $29; I tried cancelling but couldn't; I emailed my complaint and to cancel, but they took very long to answer, when they did email they made an offer of $20, I accepted but was still billed the $29... when I sent back an email complaint no one responded; suddenly I'm getting a Microsoft email error; I believe that's their way of blacklisting a customer and to bide time for your billing date to occur again your credit card drained another $29. All that time i tried scores of times to cancel; the cancel process does not work. The whole system is a well put together scam, their website, Facebook page, their slow emailing, error emailing, etc. is all designed to delay you until your billing date comes around again. I deleted their cert because its worthless. It's a scam; their entire system is AI generated designed to mislead amd delay you until the next billing date. I gotta change my credit card because of this!

I have been trying to resolve a subscription cancellation issue with LearnFly for approximately two months. Despite my attempts to contact support through the internal chat, my issue remains unresolved, and I continue to be charged almost $29 every month. The support email address I tried did not work, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution through the internal support channel. I am requesting immediate cancellation of my subscription, a written confirmation that no further charges will be made, and a review and refund of the charges applied after my documented cancellation requests. I have found other public reviews describing similar difficulties with cancellation and recurring charges. My experience is consistent with those reports. I recommend that prospective customers carefully review the subscription terms and cancellation process before providing their payment details. I am publishing this review to document my experience and to seek a resolution.

I signed up as an instructor, this website is a disaster. It's not user friendly at all, I got harassed by employees on Linkedin pushing me to upload my course faster. Once I realized how shitty this platform is, I asked for my account to be deleted under GDPR law. It's been months and nothing has been deleted. Their customer service is a bot (which is fine) and it NEVER sends requests to an acutal support team. Now they have my data forever and my name can't be separated from those scammers.

@learnfly — I cannot cancel my subscription. I've emailed and sent WhatsApp messages; you keep charging me, and your │ contact email bounces back with an error. Your site says "cancel anytime." Please cancel my subscription and refund │ the charges taken after I first asked.

Scam! Impossible to cancel subscription on the site. Support ignoring you. God bless paypal where I cancelled payments, otherwise it would have been forever.

Completed my ISACA exam and training with Learnfly Dubai team and it was all smooth and fine process. Thx

Joined the platform for AI courses like on DeepSeek and AI bots. Courses are very informative and designed by expert trainers. Will explore more soon.

if i had the ability to select no stars I would have. I canceled my subscription 3 months after joining as i originally thought this was a once off fee. when i saw the recurring debit orders off of my credit card account I sent an email to cancel. I left it at that only to realise this month that they have since 2024 consistently sent through the debit order with different description. i have sent proof of cancellation and they refuse to honour it, stating that they will only refund this month's subscription ignoring the 11 other deductions. In this period i have not accessed their site at all as i thought the subscription was cancelled.
