Customer Service is alive and well!! They respond and literally tend to your needs. The rebounder is exceptional quality. I purchased two off Amazon and then found L&R and learned what quality in a rebounder meant. Excellent all around.

My Husband and I put together the rebounder the night we received it and it was surprisingly easy. The bungee tool makes the difference. He bought it for me but has found he likes the workout too. He is 76 and I'm 70 so you don't have to be young to enjoy the workout.

I received my 40" purple rebounder with a stabilizer bar a few days ago. The assembly instructions were straightforward and took less than an hour. I have been really enjoying my beginner-level workouts. I thought I was going to have lifetime access to their wide variety of videos but I did receive an email giving me 30-day free access to three different content creators. I did find more videos on YouTube, though, so I have plenty to keep me active and not get bored with the same videos all of the time! I would highly recommend this rebounder! It is sturdy and I feel it is also really good quality.
