Hi Richard, thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, your doctor emailed you a copy of your paperwork last 04/28/2025. We just emailed you a copy as well. Login to your existing state account at https://patient.massciportal.com/mmj-patient/login and renew your registration. If your card has expired, you will be able to print a temporary registration card that will allow you to visit dispensaries. If your card has not expired yet, you will be sent a new card, but you will use the valid card you have until the new card arrives. Should you have any questions or need any help, please reach out so our post care team will be able to assist with the state process. Thank you
