My experience was very easy. I got my doctor records , submitted them by smartphone camera among other things all by camera. That’s it! Thanks Leafwell!

The whole process was so fast and easy I even go in to use the kiosk and it’s simple to navigate.

It's a very simple process. Send your paperwork in to the doctor for review. The doctor will call you and tell you that you're eligible! You will receive the Congratulations You've been Certified Email and that's it! Thank you, Leafwell.
