Really well organized and efficient. Once past the interview with the physician, the step-by-step instructions sent by Leafwell were very helpful. I was able to do everything on a Sunday which was great too.

Signed up, got a phone call with doc on the date/time specified......got my letter immediately and my card a week or so later......SOOOO easy....everyone was professional and answered all my questions....couldn't have asked for better service....I'll definitely be back next year!
