Hi Jetaun! Thank you for the feedback. I am so sorry to hear that your employer is unwilling to allow you to be a medical card patient. Each state has different laws regarding protection as a medical card holder, and some states do not have protections in place at all. While I completely understand the frustration, based on our terms and conditions (which are provided before card details are processed) and our refund policy (which is available on our website), we are unable to refund once services have been rendered. Hello! Thank you for the feedback and I apologize for the delay in the certification being uploaded. I know how important it is to be able to access your medicine as quickly as possible. After the state registration is completed, you should be issued a new temporary card that can be used until the physical card is received. Hi Diana! Thank you for the feedback and I sincerely apologize for any confusion. While the initial temporary card is good for 14 days, once you register with the state a new 42-day temporary card is issued. Once the state application is completed, it can take the state up to 30 days to process the application.
