I never got my medical card they stole my money

Hello Taylor! I apologize for any frustration or confusion caused. In your state, once a provider has approved you, the state will email you the certification required to access your medication. I paid for my renewal card. I have never received anything from you nor the state of NM. I want my card please.

i dont have no email from georgia to pay for my card still

As we are the certifying provider's office, we issue the certification so that you can access your medication at your chosen dispensary. The pharmacist or dispensary manager may be able to help you choose products that may work better for you.

never did get my medical card renewed ya got me for $99 yer welcome certification number was not accepted on the IDHP

We have instruction guides with screenshots from the state, as well as our support team would be happy to walk you through verbally. Apparently, I needed to register after getting my temporary 14 day medical card I tried and tried and tried and could not figure out how to register. So then I assumed I was registered because I uploaded a picture of my ID, etc. I was waiting for something to come in the mail which it never did. So now I have no valid medical card. I’m not sure if I have to try again reapply or what to do. I’m completely unsatisfied.

In your state, after you have been approved by the provider, you must register with the state to have a card good for one year issued. The temporary card that is good for 14 days is issued with the certification, so that it can be used while you are waiting. We strive to make the post approval steps as clear as possible, and apologize for any confusion caused. This is a scam site that just takes your money and leaves you at a dead end with no information. Use a different site and save the hassle.
