Hi Deborah! I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback so that we can assist. I see the certification was uploaded minutes after the consultation ended. Once the annual fee has been submitted, the card is mailed via USPS and delivered within 7-10 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). Hi Ky! Thank you for the feedback so that we may attempt to assist. I see that the certification letter was printed and mailed on 07/03/2024. Those are delivered via USPS within 7-10 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). I apologize that we do not have tracking numbers for those mailings. We are the certifying provider's office; we do not sell products and only issue the certification needed to obtain your medical card.
