Hi Richard! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback so that I can assist. In your state, the provider uploads your approval to the state site, and the state emails you a certification. All you need to access your medication is a state-issued certification and a valid photo ID. Physical cards are no longer necessary. I apologize for any confusion.
