Had hard time with yearly renewal. No one showed up for virtual appointments with drs.

Your people act like they don’t want to help customers get their medical card once the customer pays. I don’t like that after you said I can call for assistance. Customer service SUCKS!!! I’m not happy with the lousy service. It’s been a very difficult process for me because I’m stuck at the state side so no card but they’ve got my money for Leafwell and the state. I just wish I could get the help I need so I can get my card. If your people don’t want to help the customers that really need help they need to go find a job somewhere else. I hope I can get this completed this week. I’ve paid for something that I’ve yet to get. I hope I get the help I need soon. I need someone to help that has patience.

There was a promotion for half off what I paid and I was still charged the full amount. I will never use your service again to renew my card.

Before you go and get one do your research in your state. I live in Iowa paid $200 to get my card just to find out I can only use it in my state where the closest dispensary is 3 hours away. Overall I think they should give you more info when applying to inform those of the laws and dispensaries in their state.

Hi Larry! I appreciate your feedback so that we can attempt to resolve any confusion. As we are the certifying provider's office, we do not operate any dispensaries in any states. The certification we offer is to obtain the card in the state you reside in so that you may use medical dispensaries there. Some states that have medical cannabis programs allow out-of-state patients to use cards from their home states to access medical dispensaries in the state they are visiting. It can vary from state to state. Our escalation specialist will be reaching out to try to provide reciprocity information for any state you are planning to visit, along with providing third party applications or services that can be used to find medical dispensaries near you. Well y’all sent me ANOTHER survey The first time y’all couldn’t find my account I had paid and seen a Dr and was told my account didn’t exist Two days of emails that amounted to me submitting my HIPPA information via email 3x To have to email a4th time to be told the issue was actually just a typo

I still haven't gotten my medical card for cannabis. I feel like I've been scammed. I probably was.
