Getting the phone calll was confusing, the chat did not work. I had to call for assistance in getting a phone call.

Everyone was polite and helpful and when I had times of confusion I was guided to the proper place to continue unfettered. Navigation was made a whole lot easier.

Slightly confused by the re-certification process. Received multiple communications from different sources, Attempts to coordinate were not addressed. I was re-certified and I am pleased.
