Hi Marilyn! I am so sorry the card has not been received yet. I understand how important it is to be able to access your medication, and how you want to receive the card as soon as possible after approval. I see that one was mailed right after approval, and one of support team members asked the provider to mail a new one when a ticket was opened this morning. Hi Jesse! I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience caused. While are happy to walk patients through the stateside process post-approval, the Leafwell fee only includes the provider's consultation and the certification. It is listed on our Leafwell site and in the steps that outline the entire process, but it may have been missed and I apologize if it was. From what I see the certification was uploaded by the provider and a confirmation number has been provided. If the annual fee has been paid, the card should have been mailed from by state.
