Hi David! Thank you for the feedback so that I can clarify for you. I see where the provider has uploaded your certification to the state and the card was requested. Once the state has processed the application, the card will be ready for pickup. The notarized waiver is required for Leafwell to have on file, but that is not delaying the card processing. While we do have blogs and articles regarding concealed carry cards and being a medical cardholder, we would have to leave it up to the patients to inquire about this. Our refund policy is located on our website and refunds are also mentioned in our terms and conditions. I also see where one our senior team leads has reached out by phone and email to discuss this with you. They are awaiting a response from you. Hi Michael! Thank you for the feedback. I understand how important it is to be able to access your medication. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. In the state of Georgia, once the provider approves you, it can take the state 7-10 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) to process the approval. Once processed, the card is sent to your local heath department, which may take 2-3 weeks. I will ask our escalation specialist to reach out to see if they can offer any assistance.
