Hi Gary! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, so that we can try to assist. I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving your card. I understand how important it is for you to be able to access your medication as soon as possible. In your state, once the state reaches out for you to submit your payment, you would be able to update your address to your mailing address. I will notify our escalations team to ask them to reach out, so they can offer their assistance.

Hello Poppason. I am very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services, along with any inconvenience or confusion caused. Our providers see patients through video consultations to review their medical information and determine if they qualify for a medical cannabis certification based on each state's guidelines. I can assure you we are not a scam, nor have we claimed to be able to diagnose patients or provide a long term medical plan. I hope you find the medical help you were seeking and a provider who can better fit your needs. Be well!

Hello Shing! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're sorry you had a negative experience due to unclear fees and poor service. We do have a break down of all the fees that will be required to obtain the medical card, from the consultation fees to the state application fees. We'll review our processes to ensure transparent communication. Your feedback helps us improve.

Hello Katrina. We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience caused and the delay in the certification being uploaded. In your state, the digital copy of the certification is generally uploaded on the same day to allow use while waiting on the physical copy to be mailed. I understand how important it is to be able to access your medication, and I apologize for the issues we caused. Our upper management team for both our support team and our providers have been notified so that we can ensure that this does not happen again. We will also be coaching both the provider and team members you worked with, to make sure they realize the impact of their actions here and how they will have to improve. I did confirm that you were refunded in full, as requested. If there is anything we can do to assist, please email us at [email protected], and in the subject please put "Attention: Escalations".

Hello Wes! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, so that we can use it to improve. We apologize that the subscription sign-up was confusing for you. The subscription is optional to take advantage of its benefits, and you can still obtain certification without it. I would like to send this to our escalations team for review and to see how they can assist. I was unable to locate your information in our database, and there isn't an email address shown with this feedback. If you would like the assistance of our escalations team, please email us at [email protected] and please put "Attention: Escalations Team" in the subject.
