I see that our escalation specialist has been working with you, and sent an email to you on 08/28/2024 with the certification confirmation as proof that the certification was uploaded to the state. I understand your frustration with not being able to access your medication while traveling. I see where our management team refunded the amount billed by Leafwell in full. The refund is generally seen back in your account within 7-10 business days. We wish to respect your request not be contacted any further, so we will not reach out regarding this review.
