Hi Lukas! We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the platform, but completely understand if it didn't meet your needs at this time! That said, it looks like you did in fact reach out to our support team and they've already processed a full refund for you. We do actually offer a refund within 7 days of the first charge, per the terms of service agreed to during account creation. As you reached out to our team within 7 days, our team processed a refund and closed out your account for you already. We do also send an email to our customers towards the end of the trial period, reminding them of their billing date. It sounds like this email may have been missed or ended up in Spam. I'm glad you were able to get this resolved with our team fairly and quickly.

Hi Christian, Thanks for reaching out. We understand that not all software and pricing works for everyone, and we appreciate the feedback. It looks like one of our support agents outlined our refund policy, since the cancellation in this case took place after your renewal. I wish that we could've helped out more! Wishing you our best, — The Leadpages Team

Hi Sara, Thanks for reaching out to us here. One of the values that we take seriously is helping users feel empowered. We certainly would not want you to experience any difficulties when it comes to navigating your account, even if you've decided that you would like to say goodbye to the platform. If you're finding our cancellation process challenging, we would love to help. I'm not able to find your name in our system — did you perhaps reach out to us under a different name or with a company name? Keep in mind that we have an article on how to cancel your Leadpages subscription here: https://support.leadpages.com/hc/en-us/articles/234753748-Cancel-your-Leadpages-account These articles are public and available to all of our users at all times. Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a comment! I'm reading that you have a few concerns here, and we would love the opportunity to help figure these out. We take user privacy very seriously, so the publishing of any personal information is something we would want to address right away! However, Leadpages doesn't use CoPilot — is it possible that you're confusing us with another platform? As well, it looks like our support team has already reached out to you directly over email regarding your recent charge. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] for further assistance — we'd love to help. — The Leadpages Team

Hi Ted, Thanks for reaching out regarding your feedback, though it's always a concern to hear when customers haven't had the best experience with Leadpages. Retaining our long-time subscribers is a priority for us, which is why I see that our support team offered several options to potentially reduce your pricing per year. It looks like that you've decided that these alternatives weren't for you. Changes are always a hard thing to balance, but the new features that we're rolling out have been frequently requested by legacy users, too. I hope this additional context helps, and thank you for your time with Leadpages over the years. — The Leadpages Team

Hi Maidly, I'm sorry to hear about some of the difficulty that you had with cancelling your subscription and any miscommunication in that process! I'm not able to find any correspondence in our system under the name that you've listed here. If you reach out to us again, we can see if there may be anything else that we could do for you regarding your request, within the terms of our refund policy. Thanks for your feedback, — The Leadpages team

Hi Tonilynn, I'm sorry to hear about some of the issues concerning your recent subscription charge. We take security and privacy seriously at Leadpages, so we really do appreciate the feedback here. I do see from your correspondence with my teammates that you've already reported this issue. We always recommend that our customers get in touch with their bank as soon as possible for any potential cases of fraud; that way, they can provide a thorough investigation. I can confirm that your account is closed and that you will receive no further charges. I hope this helps. — The Leadpages Team

Hi Giulia, We are sorry to hear you are having some issues with the builder. I can see you were able to reach out to us overnight, and our team were able to respond to you today, to help with your split test. It sounds like you are using a lot of variations within the test and therefore the number of pop-ups you are utilising at once is affecting your options within that split test. I can see our team have provided you a couple of options on how best to proceed so I hope that helps! - The Leadpages Team
