Great company to partner with.

The biggest issue that needs addressed is communication! One phone call and one email TO THAT SAME PERSON confirming a price is enough! We are a busy office and when 3 people receive a call and then emails are sent, the orders are duplicated. This is extra cost and AGGRAVATION to our people. I think your orders need to be handled by ONE PERSON. Not 2 or 3 in your office!!!!! Please consider a revision of your work flow to save time and money on both of our ends. We are a portable toilet company that does business with LDR. The things that they need to improve on is the communication within their office. I don't think it's necessary to receive two phone calls from two different people following the first phone order and email to confirm the order. The first phone call and email should be enough! This is our busy time of year and with only one person in our office, we don't need the overflow of additional phone calls when the order was already placed with the first call.

Local dumpster rental is always very helpful when we have an issue on a job site, it is so easy to get in contact with someone and get the customer taken care of and get us back on the road.

Everything worked out great!

It has been over a year since I provided service for a daycare in our local community a non-profit and despite several efforts I still have not received payment. I was even contacted earlier this week to provide service for another project obviously I declined I would not recommend them, all I can say is I bought the Integrity of their entire company for the price of a porta-john!!!!!!!
