Order came quickly.

I like the service and the prices of ink

LD Shipped me a defective toner cartridge and would not replace it because I didn’t install it during the 30-day warranty period.

Happy to get the toner again!

Good products and delivered quickly.

They addressed my concern on a cartridge that would not dispense ink. New cartridge that failed and they replaced it without charge after I followed their instructions on how to check cartridge.

Despite my reservations about my Lexmark MC3224dwe accepting these non-Lexmark replacement cartridges, they installed and printed fine. My PC is showing the cartridge content fully. I would have given LD a five star review but their shipper, Fedex, delivered the cartridges three days late.

I had a toner cartridge that was defective. Their customer service listened and was supportive. They sent me a replacement. It arrived in just a few days and it works perfectly.
