Everything went well, the website tracking was good and delivered on time. Love the Mirror too. The mirror came in a crate and was well packaged too.

As a designer, I have been able to source a lot for my clients from Layla Grace and have been very happy with not only their customer service support but delivery of items as well. They offer a great selection of product while staying very competitive with their pricing. Trade account reps. have been so helpful and supportive through the whole process!!

First time customer of Layla Grayce and will be a forever customer due to the exceptional customer service I received from Kyle and Hannah. An item I ordered was defective and needed to be replaced. The replacement, unfortunately was even worse, but of no fault from Layla Grayce. The item was actually coming from a third party reputable retailer which I didn’t know at the time. Long story short, Kyle reached out immediately to this retailer to resolve the issue making sure the 3rd replacement was perfect and shipped without a hitch. Everything was great! I could not have been more pleased with the personal and professional support that I received from Kyle! I highly recommend Layla Grayce for not only the beautiful items that they sell and stand behind, but for the rare outstanding customer service that unfortunately is no longer the norm in today’s world!

Just about everything went wrong. The quality of Four Hand pieces has deteriorated to an unacceptable degree. This resulted in damaged product which to date has not been resolved. Your reply reflects your poor customer service. Those issues were resolved weeks ago and you were given written confirmation. Still no credit after I did everything you asked and thought we had a good faith agreement. We have two issues here. The lack of my credit. Extremely poor quality of the Four Hand product I received. I was matching a prior purchased piece and no comparison. The finish on the new priced needs to be evaluated. I was promised a credit but never received.

Once disputes were opened with both PayPal and your bank, the refund process was placed on hold. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue any refunds while a chargeback or dispute is open, as the payment is essentially frozen during that time. As soon as the disputes are fully resolved and closed by both parties, we’ll be able to proceed on our end. Layla Grayce delivered our Lahey Console table in a timely manner and they provided prompt, courteous, exceptional service. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely visit Layla Grayce for additional furniture in the future!

Good price and prompt delivery. I bought these genuine leather dining chairs on sale. Chairs were protected and packed well. Arrived within a week of purchase.
