Laya ConsultingReviews of laya-consulting.com

Nicolas and the Laya Consulting team were professional, thoughtful, strategic and effective in their approach and I'd recommend working with them to anyone looking to build out their email marketing flow and capabilities. Communication was easy and fast, rates are incredibly fair, emails were beautiful and on brand with little revisions needed on brand voice. We saw meaningful results within a month of build out.

Fast and good service, get the investment back same week thanks to email flows and campaigns.

Working with him has been a great experience. He is excellent at what he does, very responsive, approachable, and always open to feedback and new ideas. Throughout our collaboration, we’ve been able to adapt and align with the brand’s guidelines while continuously improving our email strategy. His flexibility and willingness to work together have made the process very smooth and have contributed to the growth of both teams. It’s great to work with someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We've been working with Laya for almost a year now on our email designs, and it's been a great collab. Nicolas is super quick to respond, you never have to chase him for an update. And when something is urgent, he'll even pick it up during the weekend. Delivery is fast in general (as long as you brief on time), and the designs always look great. After almost a year of working together we're still very happy with the collab. If you need someone for email design who's fast, easy to work with and delivers quality, Laya is a safe bet.

Nicolas is an amazing guy! Really knows his stuff well, has a great team behind him, and really cares about getting the best outcome for his customers. highly recommend talking to him about your business needs

We worked with Nicolas and Team on our Klaviyo setup and ongoing email marketing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They quickly understood our business, fixed technical issues (tracking + flows), and built sequences that are already driving measurable revenue. What stood out most was their responsiveness and professionalism — every question was answered promptly, and they always explained things in a way that made sense. If you need a reliable partner for Klaviyo email, I’d strongly recommend them. They deliver exactly what they promise.

They totally transformed our email marketing and were instrumental in two different platform migrations - one from Bevo to Sendlane, and one from Sendlane to Klaviyo. Their campaigns, flows, and insights have undoubtedly improved our email performance in terms of engagement and revenue. They work with our brand team to ensure content is well-aligned with our positioning, while also being creative enough to not cause content fatigue. Highly recommended!

It is not that difficult to find good partners, but it is quite difficult to find great partners. Laya & Nicolas easily fall into the latter category! The team and I at DYLN love working Laya, and most importantly they do a fantastic job with out emails. Subscribe and find out for yourself :) I recommend them to anyone looking for a great partner that is worth keeping.
