Great customer service - i always reach someone and they are always helpful and courteous. Bank of America is gunning for you though, so keep your rates low! They want my business - I keep telling them no!

I am frustrated with the performance of the new cc processing terminal. It is taking 2-3× longer. I keep getting communication error messages. Then have to try again putting in the card chip or key it in again. Sometimes it will.go through on the first try but usually it takes 2 or three times. And I am sharing a portion of my income with affinipay for a service that doesn't really benefit me. So when it adds more time and aggravation it is very frustrating.

LawPay is remarkably useful and easy to use! It also integrates well with the software that my office uses. I would recommend LawPay to anyone!

The service is intuitive and makes payment processing very easy. I do like the analytics provided. The 2 complaints I have are the monthly statements mailed are in an extremely small font type that it is hard to read. Additionally, as a solo practitioner, every dollar matters and I wish the fees were less. However, I do recommend LawPay to my colleagues.
